Attendance mirrored the fall convention, so we’ll definitely be making this spring convention a recurring annual tradition.

For your planning, we are happy to share that our next big convention will be held on either Saturday, September 19th or Saturday, November 21st at the same venue. The event will run from 10am-5pm (10am entry for VIP ticketholders and 11am public entry), with a complimentary after-hours trading availability from 6:30-9 p.m.

We are waiting on Disneyworld to announce the timing of its big event before we confirm our next convention date.

Fall Admission Pricing:

• Thanks to our spring attendance, costs will remain the same for the fall. Door tickets will be $10 per person, while VIP tickets will cost $20 per person. Entry for kids 12 and under will remain free.

Fall Vendor Pricing*:

• We’ll be lowering the barrier to entry for selling for the fall convention, with table costs starting at $50 in the Camelia Room. Vendors will be free to sell, trade, or both. This will take the place of $40 trade-only tables.

• Tables in the grand ballroom will remain $80 for wall spots and $70 for center tables.

*NOTE: Tables are released in the following order: 1. Returning Spring 2026 NC Disneyana Vendors; 2. Previous NC Disneyana Vendors; 3. General Public.

Only authentic Disney-licensed pins may be traded (while fantasy pins are technically permissible, they aren’t ideal and must be disclosed to any interested person before a trade is agreed to).

All attendees are welcome to buy or trade, but selling and/or occupying vendors’ tables is strictly prohibited. Anyone who doesn’t have a sales table and is caught selling or attempting to sell will be asked to leave. Those who decline to immediately do so may be banned from future events.

Big NC Disneyana Update

We are pleased to announce our first-ever after hours trading time at an NC Disneyana convention. Here’s how it’ll work:

Following our Saturday, March 28th convention in Durham, we’ll take a 90-minute dinner break and come back at 6:30 p.m. Trading will be open for everyone and tables are free of charge! Seating is first come, first served.

One important note: Our convention sellers will remain the only ones permitted to sell, provided they wear their vendor lanyard. Everyone else may only buy or trade.

Because we’ve nearly doubled our table capacity from the last event, some limited table inventory remains. We have 11 wall spots in the overflow room and four center tables in the grand ballroom available. They are $70 each and come with two seats and the ability to sell.

Any tables that remain for the day of the event will be made available as trade-only spots on a first come, first served capacity. So there’s now an extra incentive to get your VIP ticket if you want a spot to sit during the convention.

Saturday, March 7th:

Come join us in Raleigh this Saturday! Our last Triangle event brought in a record-setting 200 people (the previous high was 120). With our events gaining more and more attention, we came up with a few pro tips on how you can best maximize your experience.

First, make sure to secure your spot in advance online. While you are more than welcome to pay at the door (exact change preferred), those who buy their tickets in advance will get priority entry. You can order your tickets online here or scan the QR code below (online sales close the night of Friday, March 6th):

Our next best tips are to get there early, avoid street parking, and dress cool (the venue can get pretty warm no matter the weather or indoor temperature due to the number of attendees). We do have a water fountain in the venue and also allow for re-entry if folks need to step outside.

Where should you park? The Mordecai Park lot on Mimosa Street is a 2-minute walk to the venue and makes for a much less stressful experience than trying to find a street space.

Attendees can begin lining up starting at 12:30 p.m. The doors will open promptly at 1 p.m., with priority entry going to those who bought in advance online, followed by those who brought exact cash change, followed by everyone else.

But if you’re looking for even more fun (and more walking space), we strongly encourage folks to attend our first-ever Spring NC Disneyana convention!

Saturday, March 28th:

Last year, we sold out of convention tables in 11 days. The waitlist got quite long, and many people weren’t able to secure a vendor slot. So we decided to nearly double our table capacity this year to give more folks an opportunity.

We’ve had a few cancellations come on the heels of Disney announcing a shopping event in New York on the same day, so we now have 19 tables remaining, including one coveted wall spot in the grand ballroom, a few center tables in the grand ballroom and several wall spots in the overflow room.

Pro Tip: All tables come with entry included for two people, so if you and a friend were planning to come for the full event and think you can sell $30 worth of pins or Disney items, the table pays for itself.

On Monday, March 9th we’ll have our next table release. Tables to our May 9th Triangle event will almost assuredly sell out within a matter of hours, so make sure to secure your spot before we post to the Facebook groups later in the day.

Greetings all! We’re excited to share our first-ever Facebook live sale is taking place at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 7th.

To tune in, just join our TriangleNCpinTraders Facebook group here. In addition to the live sale, a number of other vendors with a reliable history of in-person selling will be offering pin deals on the page throughout the day.

Our quarterly online sales days are replacing what had formerly been known as garage sale weeks. These new quarterly sales will serve as a secure way to reach folks in the region who are unable to travel to our in-person events.

NC Disneyana Table Update

We’re exactly two months out from our March 28th Spring 2026 NC Disneyana convention. Despite nearly doubling our table capacity this year, we’re down to just seven $70 center sales tables in the grand ballroom. Our overflow room has two remaining $40 trade-only tables and a dozen $70 sales table wall spots.

We also have $20 VIP tickets for early 10 a.m. entrance and $10 standard door admission for 11 a.m. entry. Those with VIP tickets will have an extra opportunity for a prize drawing!

Should I buy tickets in advance online or at the door?

The short answer: Both are acceptable, but we strongly encourage folks to buy their tickets in advance online. Why? You’ll have a quicker check-in process and be entered for an additional door prize.

If you decide to pay on site, we ask that you bring exact cash change if at all possible. To ensure we can get people in promptly once doors open, we give priority entry to advance ticketholders, followed by those who brought exact cash change. For anyone else paying on site, cash, PayPal, Venmo, and credit card is accepted.

How does table priority work?

We have an even mix of sales and trade-only tables to ensure folks have equal ability to buy and trade. Tables are distributed in the following order:

• Group 1: Sellers from most recent Triangle pin event

• Group 2: Previous Triangle Vendors (those with sales or trade-only tables)

• Group 3: General Public (with NCDisneyana.com subscribers notified first, followed by Facebook members)

Help Wanted

This year, we’re relying entirely on our NC Disneyana community to help spread the word (no more paid ads in the budget). So once you’ve registered for the event, the single best thing you can do to help us is spreading the word to your friends and family and online groups you’re a part of.

You can best do so by downloading and sharing the flyer above, sending people to our event website, and encouraging them to RSVP on our Facebook event page.

What’ll be different this year?

NC Disneyana has historically had one big annual convention in either August or October. This year, we’re planning two big events: one spring and one fall (date TBD).

Why the change? Over the past year, we’ve seen our Triangle-area events more than double in attendance, growing from roughly 50 people to 120 guests at our last event.

And for the big NC Disneyana convention last year, tables sold out in record time, lasting just eight days. We also saw over 300 attendees.

Due to the long table waitlist at our last convention, we’ve added another room next to the grand ballroom for this year’s convention, which is also resulting in lower costs for most vendor tables.

Grand ballroom wall spots are the fastest to go. Before they’ve even opened up to the general public, they were 85% sold out. So if you’re considering a sales table, those won’t last.
