Want an NC pin event in your area? Send Us Your Proposals!
For seven years, NC Disneyana has been committed to serving the entirety of the state. While our events have predominantly been in Raleigh and Durham, we’re also mindful of those who want to see more gatherings in other parts of the state and appreciate all the folks who have reached out to us so far with hosting interest!
So in the coming months, we’ll be looking to partner with people in this community who share the goal of bringing more events to more places.
The process: Email bryan@anderson-pins.com no later than June 30, 2026, with a proposal for a pin meetup in your area. The proposal would need to meet the following four criteria: 1. Proposed event date isn’t within 15 days of an already scheduled Triangle or NC Disneyana event; 2. Have a venue spacious enough to meet expected turnout; 3. Allow for sales vendors; and 4. Be an affordable space that could be consistently available on a Saturday.
How a partnership would work: We’d cover the venue costs, handle registration, promote the event on our platforms and allow a host partner to have a complimentary sales table in exchange for handling day-of logistics of table layout. Any carryover funds from the event would be put toward the sustainability of future NC pin events and rising venue costs as we continue to see increased demand.
If your proposal is approved, a beta test event would be announced and an event scheduled between July 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026. If the event runs smoothly, we’d work to add it as a permanent fixture on our 2027 NC events calendar.
Who This Partnership Isn’t For: Those seeking to prop up a private business or seeking personal financial gain beyond a complimentary seller table.
Who This Partnership Is For: Our interest is not in elevating any one business, but in giving Disney pin enthusiasts a single place to discover NC pin events, register for them and form lasting memories. If you share that goal and mission of bringing this hobby to more people, especially in parts of the state that have lacked events in the past, we would be most happy to have you as a partner in that journey.
In the Meantime: Folks are free to continue making admin approved event posts through June 30th. By July 1, we hope to have a more comprehensive 2026 calendar with events across the state and a simplified registration process.
