More Pin Events Coming to NC!
We'll be hosting partnership events across the state later this year, with meetups taking place in Mount Holly, Shallotte, Salisbury, and Greensboro.
A couple months ago, we asked our members to submit their proposals for pin events they’d like to see across North Carolina (reminder: deadline to make a request is June 30).
Thus far, we’ve received four proposals. We’re happy to announce today that we’ve approved all four requests that have come in thus far! This means we’ll be hosting partnership events later this year in Mount Holly, Shallotte, Salisbury, and Greensboro. More details on dates, tickets and table releases will be shared in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, we’re revamping our main Facebook group from “NC Disneyana” to “North Carolina Disney Pin Traders.” We believe this name shift more closely aligns with our mission of making pin trading widely accessible to all North Carolinians, not just those in the Triangle.
Soon, you’ll see NCDisneyana.com become NCPinTrading.com. The site will continue to serve as the primary way to keep up with all the latest news on official pin trading events happening throughout North Carolina.
What to Know
Entry for all our events this year (including partnership events) will be $30 for sales tables, $10 for trade-only tables and $5 for door admission. Kids 12 and under are free. All tables come with two seats. Those who buy door admission in advance online will also be entered for an extra door prize at the start of an event.
We expect to make tables available for our Mount Holly, Shallotte, Salisbury, and Greensboro events by early July, so stay tuned for more details.
2027 Vision
Next year, we’ll host two big NC Disneyana conventions in Durham and six mid-sized events in Raleigh. We also plan to hold 4-6 smaller meetups across the state, with the feedback from attendees and vendors at our partnership meetups in Mount Holly, Shallotte, Salisbury, and Greensboro shaping where we return or expand to for 2027.
Our commitment is for 2027 pricing to mirror or be lower than 2026 pricing. With your continued support, we’ll continue to make pin trading more widely accessible!
